All purchases are final. Once an account has been purchased, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Why Purchases Are Non-Refundable

Access to the simulated trading environment, software, and infrastructure is granted immediately after payment, so evaluation fees cannot be returned.

3. Scope

This applies to all account types and sizes, including unused, breached, terminated, or completed accounts, and all add-on purchases.

4. Before You Buy

Please review our rules, evaluation process, and terms of service carefully before purchasing an account.
